  • Monthly: $550 – $580
• Cancellations must be made via phone or the online guest portal.
  • For stays shorter than 28 days: A $10 cancellation fee and 100% refund applies to cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival. A $10 cancellation fee and a 50% refund applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival.
  • For stays longer than 28 days: A $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
• We currently do not have bathroom, shower, or laundry facilities.
